Women love to have an 'excuse' to change up their décor. Well with SPRING just around the corner it makes perfect sense to start changing your accessories and florals to refresh and update the look in your home. If you have neutral walls then now is the time to go shopping for trendy, bright accessories. Many women prefer real flowers to faux flowers and just as many prefer more maintenance-free faux flowers and plants. Whatever your preference, now is a great time to check out what the new trends are so you can make the best choices for your look.

Here are a few TIPS in selecting your accessories and florals for spring home décor. Have fun choosing your new look based on your decorating style:

• Contemporary - twigs, grasses and big leaves are popular for florals; use white florals and group in 3s; choose cushions, vases, trays, lamp shades in greens, turquoise or orange for this season
• Country - larger, fuller bouquets with multi-coloured flowers look great; yellow, greens and earth toned accessories are in
• Traditional - everything in this style calls for 'more than less' and you can have many different accessories, floral arrangements and plants in the same room - think jewel toned colours and bright

Urban Contemporary Style - Faux apples and faux hydrangeas with some rocks... What a refreshing look in the kitchen. Clean and green!	French Country Style - Faux water fountain with faux peonies and decorative wall plaques... These objects were all painted black. Bringing the garden look inside!
