PRES® Professional Real Estate Staging Certificate Course
Sun On My Back Redesigns owner Dana J. Smithers has received media attention from television, radio, newspapers, decorating magazines and newspaper articles. Dana personally teaches this course. This is a very intensive one-week program. The course covers both theory and hands-on practice. There is no substitution for hands-on learning.
Day 1 - The Classroom- '10 Step Staging & Redesign Room-by-Room' Formula
- The psychology of working collaboratively with home owners, realtors and sellers.
- The fundamentals of Decorating, professional decorators advice on colour schemes, elements and principles of design, trends, and more.
- Client consultation - determine which rooms you will be working in for either a home makeover for living, or staging for selling
- Hands on - apply what you have learned in a real client's home.
- Learn how to evaluate the length of time a job will take, the manpower needed, the tools required (furnishings, truck rentals etc) to complete the job to the client's satisfaction
- Discover how professionals rearrange furniture, add and/or delete accessories and/or collections. Then put your skills into action.
- Designers are experts in hanging art. Learn how to do it right and the right tools to use.
- Uncover a wealth of "on the job" trade secrets that only the professionals know.
- Start your marketing portfolio. You take your own photos and client's provide great testimonials
